A: No. Trading card hobby products are randomized by the manufacturer. GoldPull does not guarantee specific cards, players, or rare pulls. Each purchase is a fun, collector-focused experience.

Q3: Can I expect my purchased product to increase in value?
A: GoldPull does not provide investment advice or guarantees of resale value. Collecting is a hobby, not a financial instrument.

Q4: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Tracking info is emailed once your package ships.

Q5: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed. Contact us immediately at Contactsupport@GoldPull.shop if changes are required.

A: Returns are accepted only for factory-sealed products within 7 days of delivery. Opened products are not eligible for return. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours.

A: Take clear photos of the item and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours. Approved returns are processed after inspection, typically within 3–5 business days, with refunds issued 5–7 business days after approval.
